One never knows with those posts from back in the 1990s.

With Rootsweb and the old GenForum, there was a universal way to update one's email address, which would then correct all the posts the person might have had, scattered around the forum. That was handy. Of course, subscriber sites like Ancestry would likely include updated email addresses for their forums. But then there are those ancient ListServs scattered throughout the online world of past decades. We leave little traces of our whereabouts with each genealogical query--and eventually forget all the places we've been. Who knows? That might have been the fate of your Juno contact.Jacqi Stevenshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03471698670217119444noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5034998384799920884.post-20253844874067568942015-08-18T15:12:21.322-07:002015-08-18T15:12:21.322-07:00I have one from AOL which I have never discontinue...I have one from AOL which I have never discontinued and yesterday I received a post from a newly found cousin on it. The email didn't bounce back, but I didn't get a reply either.Wendyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17863357756727783017noreply@blogger.com
