Actua...I guess I'd make a terrible customer ;)<br /><br />Actually, the way I resolved my dilemma was to start from scratch when I began my subscription to Ancestry--kind of like a Genealogy Do-Over, only long before everyone else started talking about that. But of course, I kept my old database. I have way too much time and effort invested in that program to just give it up. And this way, I have two sets of family records: one online and one resident in my desktop.
